The difference between bottom-placed West Indies and Pakistan gets closer after the latest punishment, while Bangladesh pass from sixth to eighth

Pakistan went into the game with an all-pace assault at apartment for the first Test- just the next moment in 28 years- which they lost by ten wickets. Their ball mix could've played a part in the over-rate they maintained for the Test. Bangladesh, on the other hand, had two infantry bowlers.
The revised WTC points stand now sees Pakistan, next from base and just behind West Indies, pass from 22 points to 16 points. With 22.22 portion items, they are still in the eighth spot. Bangladesh, who had recently gone past South Africa to fifth place after their win, have dropped to sixth after their three-point calculation and now have 21 items. They are on 35 percent items.
