When you ca n't get to the stadium by yourself, is this the future of watching sports?
Soccer fans have been enthralled by images of a remarkable California bar that broadcasts Premier League football in a novel way.
A giant camera, similar to an IMAX or a Star Trek viewscreen, is located in Los Angeles' Cosm Experience Bar, which has chairs set up in front of it like in a high-end theater. It covers an entire ceiling.
A VIP area sets customers back around$ 100 ( £78 ), with the rows of seats priced at$ 22 ( £17 ).
Premier League soccer is shown on large, engaging big screen in a Los Angeles bar.
The main panel film was shot just behind the goal, giving the impression of sitting in the front row of the stadium when the footage was broadcast straight from the stadium.
It's a little strange that they've successfully chosen the worst seat in the house for their principal view, but we appreciate it probably hammers home the novelty of the experience better than the excellent view from half up the stand on the halfway line.
In any case, there are smaller windows showing the regular TV film up in the walls of the big screen.

Nevertheless, though, it looks outstanding- the next best thing to really being in the stadium live.
We'd really consider trying it if we could see a sporting event or music from the other side of the world.
To absolutely complete the stadium experience, we only hope they tube in the taste of cakes, sour ale, bovril, and a small amount of urine.
