One of the most common people at Arsenal could be about to add a team from across the money this summer
This summer, Arsenal might be able to buy one of their most well-known players to a competitor in London.
The Raiders are looking for participants in a bid to advance their hunt for players in the 2024/25 campaign, despite Manchester City's narrow defeat last year.
Manager Mikel Arteta is hoping to bring in Italy defender Riccardo Calafiori in the first of a number of summer discounts, but a few income will also be needed and one of the people who is surplus to requirements is Emile Smith Rowe.
The common midfielder is expected to leave Arsenal this summer and according to TEAMtalk, the 23-year-old is strong on a move to Crystal Palace.
Smith Rowe, who was born and raised in Croydon, is reportedly a big fan of Palace director Oliver Glasner, and Fabrizio Romano claims the Raptors are" set to bet" for the midfielder.
According to TEAMtalk, Arenal wants to purchase Smith Rowe for £25 million, but it's not yet clear whether Palace will agree to pay that price.
Although the midfielder is adored by Arsenal supporters and Arteta is a supporter, he only started three Premier League games for the Gunners between 2023 and 2024.
England have won three cap under Smith Rowe, but only in 2022.
In DataVictory's perspective, this move makes feeling for all parties. Smith Rowe does not seem to have a prospect at Arsenal, while the Raiders need the money for new people and Palace under Oliver Glasner looks like a wonderful place for a midfielder of his potential and skill set. He is also from Croydon, but really fit right in.
