The miserable Old Trafford career of Jadon Sancho appears to be around.
Jadon Sancho, a winger for Manchester United, is currently out on mortgage once more, which could have a lasting impact.
The 24-year-old has been unable to crack into the Red Devils team so far this year having sat out against both Fulham and Brighton and Hove Albion. After a summer debate, Sancho and Erik ten Hag are said to have settled their differences, but they are now scheduled to miss Old Trafford.
It is believed that the Bundesliga giants could hardly come up with the funds to completely replace him after spending last year with his previous club Borussia Dortmund. Juventus even inquired about his presence, but the Manchester United forward is currently facing a new problem.
According to The Athletic's David Ornstein, Sancho is set to join Chelsea on a season-long payment for the duration of the 2024/25 time. The Blue will also have an obligation to make the transfer permanent next summer, with the charge yet to be totally disclosed.
There is some confusion, but, with Ten Hag's apparently hinting in his pre-match hit event ahead of Sunday's fight with England that the 24-year-old may be remaining at Old Trafford. It's still unclear whether the Dutchman kept his accounts close to his neck, but it once more suggests a broken relationship between the two.
When asked if Sancho may be, Ten Hag responded at Carrington:" As I know, yeah. He is a player in our crew and we are happy with him. We need a great club, we need detail in the crew, we have to play some games until January, the new style of Europe. We will enjoy every second day after the split, so we need options without a doubt.
After signings of Pedro Neto, Joao Felix, and Marc Guiu already this summer, Transfermarkt values Sancho at €30 million ( £25 million ), and DataVictory is a little surprised that Chelsea is making yet another acquisition. Manchester United have shown they prefer alternatives such as Amad and Alejandro Garnacho on the proper this time, so in that sense, he is unlikely to be missed.
