Roy Keane believes England right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold may get "found out" at Euro 2024 when the area face the bigger team in the competition.
Despite only being 25 years old, the Liverpool legend is all set to play in his third big global tournament in Three Cats ' colors.
Yet though he typically plays as a right-back for the Red, just coming into the center when his team is in custody, he was included in England's squad as a playmaker.
Alexander-Arnold was originally believed to be a key winger and was developed in the position in Liverpool’s academy, but his key position is as a full-back.
However, England's right-backs include players like Kyle Walker and Kieran Trippier, so it's thought Alexander-Arnold may play alongside Declan Rice in center.
However, Keane, a former player for Manchester United and Republic of Ireland, has expressed his concerns that Alexander-Arnold may be "ripped to shreds" playing him in the center of the area will only work in the class phases.
Keane told ITV Sport: “It’s all about getting the balance straight in your group.
“They’ve got some excellent persons, we’ve mentioned that several times before. Any of the clubs in this game would have four or five players on them, but it's getting the balance right.

Keane continued:“ I think they’ll become good in the party, I think Trent may be okay with his setting in those games, but it ’s against the real top clubs that I think he may be found out, very much so.
If he plays against one of the better central midfielders, I believe he may be completely destroyed. I don’t think he’d be up to it. ”
