The summers transfer window is closing in less than four weeks, and Premier League big hitters are starting to make some jumps in the market.

As Arsenal look to close the season-long space with Manchester City, they signed Italy defender Riccardo Calafiori for$ 42million next week.

As they prepare to reclaim their home after last season's eighth-placed Premier League finish, Manchester United has signed Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yor for a combined sum of$ 90 million. However, the two former adversaries may be in the transfer glass right now.

That's because the Gunners are said to have shown' major attention' in signing free-agent midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to TuttoJuve.

The France worldwide is now without a team after his lease at Juventus expired this summers, ending a five-year charm in Turin and the review adds that Rabiot is prioritising a move to a Champions League team, which is an advantage that Arsenal have over the Red Devils.

Rabiot had been linked with the Old Trafford team, who are looking to boost their midfield after their first two deals of the summertime saw them get a centre-back and a forward.

England and Real Madrid are also credited with an interest in this document, but Arsenal may be buoyed by comments last week from Rabiot's family Veronique, who spoke to Gazzetta critics Sport about her son's future, when she hit out at inappropriate media reports, before the same publication namechecked the Gunners.

Rabiot started five of France's six game at Euro 2024, with the 29-year-old having added one division title at Juventus to the five he recently won at Paris Saint-Germain.

In DataVictory's mind, Rabiot (valued at €35million by Transfermarkt ) is perhaps the best free adviser on the market this summer and although he would command a significant income packet, he would take an enormous amount of experience with him, having played 60 games in the Champions League and winning six league titles. On the other hand, the Frenchman has a reputation for being difficult to manage. Rabiot could serve as a backup if Arteta favors Mikel Merino, but that strategy falls apart.
