Jhulan Goswami, a former fast spinner from India, has become a leader for Women's Caribbean Premier League 2024.

Goswami retired from all types of cricket in 2022 as India's leading wicket-taker in female's tournaments. She is presently the ball coach and leader of Mumbai Indians in the Women's Premier League. This will be her second stay in an international T20 category.
TKR are led by former West Indies allrounder Deandra Dottin. They just added India's Jemimah Rodrigues and Shikha Pandey, and Australia's Meg Lanning and Jess Jonassen- all four sing for Delhi Capitals in the WPL- to their lineup.

WCPL 2024 did move from August 21 to 29. Seven matches are played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, including three groups: TKR, Barbados Royals, and Guyana Amazon Warriors, the tournament's hosts.
