At No. 1, Rishabh Pant has re-entered the ICC Test batting chart. Rohit Sharma has fallen behind after the Test matches in Chennai and Galle, while Yashasvi Jaiswal and Prabath Jayasuriya were the other major players in the top six. Pant, playing Test cricket after a gap of close to two years- the first time since a car crash threatened to end his career- struck 39 and 109 ( off just 128 balls ) in India's 280-run win over Bangladesh in their first Test in Chennai. That put Pant right back into fifth place with 731 ranking positions. Jaiswal, who was in fifth area prior to the latest release, moved up to five kindness his 56 in India's second innings, which gave him 751 items.
Joe Root is also ahead of the pack on that list, with 899 details, with Kane Williamson, who scored 55 and 30 in New Zealand's 63-run lost in the first Evaluation in Galle, in second place with 852 items. Gurbaz and Head move up ODI pitchers ' staircase
Gurbaz fell for a bird in the opening ODI against South Africa in Sharjah, but the match ended in victory for Afghanistan, who won the set 2-1. He then hit 105 in 110 balloons and 89 in 94 in the following two sports. That placed him in seventh place, up ten spots, and made him the first player from his nation to reach the top ten among international batters.
Mind smashed 154 not out in 129 balloons in England's opening ODI, going up seven areas to No. 9.
Rashid's team had another significant contribution to that line, Afghanistan vs. South Africa. He picked up seven innings across Afghanistan's two win over South Africa, going up a whopping eight places on the batsmen ' tables to No. 3, simply behind Keshav Maharaj and Adam Zampa.
