International cricket's Sybrand Engelbrecht departs

In the game-winning effort of the Netherlands, Sri Lanka made a stunning save.

The retiring from foreign cricket is Sybrand Engelbrecht. The 35- yr- ancient South- Africa- born dough made his Netherlands album in 2023, and played 12 Wickets and 12 T20Is.

Netherlands ' battle to Sri Lanka on Sunday evening, which knocked them out of the T20 World Cup 2024, was Engelbrecht's next global presence. He celebrated the ceremony by posting a stunning limit save that received over a million Instagram views.

That work was feature of a person known for his talent on the field- he initially came to prominence in 2008 when he took a flying, two- handed screamer at back point while playing for South Africa against Papua New Guinea in the Under- 19 World Cup.

Engelbrecht retired from all cricket in 2016 to focus on his job in financial and job management, and he began playing cricket responsibly in the Netherlands after moving it in 2021. By 2023, he was in the Netherlands regional crew, having been picked for the 2023 ODI World Cup in India.

At age 35, he has played just eight of his 12 international matches ( OD Is and four of his 12 T20Is ) during World Cups. He finishes with 385 ODI works at an average of 35.00, with two half- ages, and 280 T20I works at 31.11 and a hit rate of 132.70. He was Netherlands ' highest run- getter at this T20 World Cup, with 98 works at 24.50 including 40 and 33 in nearby defeats to Full Members South Africa and Bangladesh.
