After the disaster against Ireland in Florida, the USA were the seventh team to make it to the postseason.
Six out of 20 teams have progressed so far to the Super Eight stage of the T20 World Cup 2024, with India ( A1 ), Australia ( B2 ), and Afghanistan ( C1 ) in Group 1, and USA ( A2 ), West Indies ( C2 ) and South Africa ( D1 ) in Group 2. The groups are assigned A1, B1 and so on hardly on the basis of where they finished in their class but according to pre- game classifications.
England and Bangladesh are the favorites to take the two remaining B1 and D2 areas, both, even though there are also other groups that are still in the running after the USA confirmed their Super Eight seat from Group A following the disaster of their match against Ireland. The Super Eight level will debut on June 19 and the first round will end on June 17.
South Africa and the USA may face off in Antigua for the first suit of the Super Eight. Before India and Afghanistan play each other in their Super Eight matches on June 20 in Barbados, the West Indies take on the next team that has advanced from Group B in St Lucia on June 19.
On June 20 in Antigua, South Africa will face the next Group B qualifier, while Australia will host the next team in Antigua.

No points or online run-rate benefit will be transferred from the first round to the Super Eight, where all teams will begin on equal footing. The major two teams from each Super Eight team may qualify for the jeep- finals.
On June 26, Trinidad will host the second semi-final, and Guyana will host the next semi-final. If India make it to the semi- championships, they may enjoy in Guyana. The last of the T20 World Cup is scheduled for June 29, in Barbados.
