The allrounder has n't yet had enough of his WBBL debut, but with Thunder and the Thunder, he should have more chances to get better at the top of the order.
Georgia Voll, a first-rounder from Brisbane Heat, has signed for a major signing away of WBBL10 on a three-year deal, making that deal a significant addition.
Voll, age 20, has an influence with her offspin, which is one of the most renowned bowling skills in Australia.
She slid down the purchase during the WBBL last season, going with 206 works at 18.72 and a 111.56 strike price, but she made 4 for 19 in the Challenger last against Perth Scorchers before Adelaide Workers lost to them in the last.
But, her batting skill were revealed later in the season when she scored a double era for Queensland in the red-ball" Green and Gold" activity in Adelaide.
Although Voll claimed meetings with Thunder manager Lisa Keightley had influenced her decision, she had been interested in attending a number of WBBL clubs.
" I never expected myself to enjoy for a New South Wales team, to be honest, but after talking to Lisa and the men down that, I'm very excited for the opportunity, and it's a really good young team coming through", she said.
" Lisa was very evident on the part she wants me to enjoy and what she wants me to do and that kind of got me over the range. I liked what the Thunder were about next year, actually playing as a team and getting around each other on and off the area".
Trent Copeland, Sydney Thunder general director, added:" Georgia has shown since the day she arrived on the scene that she is a specific talent with both bat and ball If you were to define the following young star to break the American setup, Georgia is it. The Heat's all-round abilities in WBBL, the two 100s in WNCL last year, and the 200 for Australia A in crimson game cricket. This is a big filing for the club".
Voll's exit adds to Heat's already significant change in off-season, with them also losing Amelia Kerr to the Sydney Sixers and coaching assistant Ashley Noffke leaving for a position in New Zealand. They have signed West African international Nadine de Klerk on a two-year offer, but they still have a strong top-four that includes Grace Harris, Georgia Redmayne, Laura Harris, and incoming international all-star Charli Knott.
