" He's in a nice spot", Botha said. " You never want to be injured. But I believe it was done at a good time to allow him to rest a little. He was over at Hampshire. But in a way, it definitely worked out effectively. If he starts the time and he goes well, then it's certainly worked beautifully, but we'll have to see how that launch goes and maintain that even a little bit. But at the time, he's in a fine room. He's clean. He's good to go and he'll become a major player for us this summers".
With Neser's baby topic and a host of other injuries concerns, Australia's strong ball level is growing ahead of the series against India. Scott Boland is managing a long-term hip issue while Lance Morris is set for a gradual transfer following a pressure fracture in his back.
