India children's captain Harmanpreet Kaur wants her team to draw inspiration from the India men's team that won the T20 World Cup in June, when they travel to the UAE for the Women's T20 World Cup in October. While the men's team won the title after 17 years and lifted an ICC prize after 11 years, the women's team is yet to raise the T20 World Cup. They came nearer in the 2020 model, when they were runners-up in Australia.

" We have been truly inspired by the people's team, the way they won the T20 World Cup this time", Harmanpreet said at an event in Delhi, on the same day the India's T20 World Cup squad was announced. " They worked really hard for this prize and won some strong suits. We need to know how they handled like games and how they kept their body language. We're on the same route today and getting ready for our World Cup campaign. The team is exerting a lot of effort, and we want to give fans and our nation another chance to enjoy this time.

The women's team lost to Australia in the T20 World Cup final in 2020, losing to Australia by nine works, in the Commonwealth Games finalized in Birmingham, in 2017, the last time the children's side made it to the ODI World Cup final. In previous year's T20 World Cup, India went over to Australia in the semi-final, by only five runs, and when they were the favourites to get the Asia Cup in the T20 format next month, they were beaten fully by the much lower-ranked Sri Lanka.

For the impending T20 World Cup in the UAE, India are in Group A with Australia, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Pakistan. Before they travel to Sharjah, they did play against Australia in Dubai for the first three games. May India remain under stress against Australia and the fresh Asia Cup leaders Sri Lanka?

" The World Cup is a kind of event for which all clubs prepare differently", Harmanpreet said. " So no team can be taken lightly and likewise no team may be overestimated either. Bilateral collection have a distinct kind of stress and for World Cups that is stress as well as objectives and expectations of viewers. We are working extremely hard to live up to those aspirations, we have been holding tents where all participants are working hard. We've even examined the errors we made previously. Now we're available with a good thinking".

On October 3, Sharjah will host two fits for the T20 World Cup's opening match. India's strategy will begin on October 4 against New Zealand, before facing Pakistan on October 6, Sri Lanka on October 9 and Australia on October 13. After the round-robin level, the top two clubs from each team will perform the semi-finals on October 17 and 18, and the last is scheduled for October 20 in Dubai.
