After making himself available for selection next quarter, Shakib Al Hasan is also a member of the squad.
Taskin Ahmed and Mushufiqur Rahim will return to the Bangladesh Test club for the two-match set against Pakistan, which will begin later this month. However, the club that next played against Sri Lanka in March did not include Batter Shahadat Hossain.
Taskin had taken a split from red-ball cricket to recover from his shoulder injury, while Mushfiqur had to miss the Sri Lanka Testing. But, Taskin will simply enjoy the second Test against Bangladesh A on August 20 in Karachi, which will begin on August 30.
Shakib Al Hasan, a top all-rounder, is also a member of the squad after making his debut next month. The discussion will center on Shakib, who is no longer a member of parliament after the Awami League-led state fell on August 5.

" We have selected five batsmen mindful of the fact that Taskin Ahmed may only perform the subsequent Test. Since he has n't bowled in a Test since June of last year, we have chosen to add him to the A Team for the next four-day international against Pakistan A to get him in the mood for longer international matches.
" A couple of the batsmen may meet the A-team for the one-day matches, so we needed files. I'm looking forward to seeing our attack play against world-class batsmen, and our attack has a variety of bowlers who can swing both hard and fast.
Ashraf was even happy about Bangladesh getting more days to teach in Pakistan.
It will be a tough tour for us because of Pakistan, particularly in their home country, Ashraf said. It is nice that we will get more time to prepare in Lahore. Furthermore, some players who are in Pakistan now with the Bangladesh A part, will meet the national team for the Test line. Their knowledge of the circumstances may come in handy."
The second Test begins on August 21 in Rawalpindi followed by the second in Karachi on August 30. Prior to the second Test, the club will spend the day training at the Gaddafi Stadium on August 14 through August 16 before making their way to Islamabad on August 17.
