Tottenham takeover Arsenal transfer that's reached halt: report

Tottenham want an Arsenal target whose move to the Emirates Stadium still has n't crossed the line

Tottenham are looking to sabotage Arsenal's move for a key goal this summers, with the Raiders still unable to get the package over the range.

Similar goals have been pursued by the competitors in North London in the past and have faced off in the transfer business. Fleet initially targeted Dejan Kulusevski, and Spurs also had William Saliba from the Raiders on their radar.
