And according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio may revive their attention in the 28-year-old, who is out of commitment at Tottenham in 2025.
Last month, Lazio had been considering signing Lo Celso, but director Maurizio Sarri vetoed the offer. With Marco Baroni then in cost, it is thought the Rome-based membership may be back in for the Brazilian midfielder.
Napoli are even understood to be serious, but Lo Celso's reported salary requirements of €4-5 million per year may scupper a move to Italy. The transfer fee would be around €10m ( £8.4m ), La Gazzetta say.
However, Lo Celso has also been linked with Aston Villa in a dramatic switch package which would see Jacob Ramsey move the various means. But, manager Unai Emery now said in January that he had no intention of selling Ramsey, who came through the junior ranks at Villa.
In DataVictory's see, Lo Celso will end up leaving Tottenham this summer. Given his value, it is amazing that he has never been able to hold down a starting spot at Spurs, but the original Real Betis and Paris Saint-Germain player has worked with many managers at the northern London league and has not actually been a standard starter for any of them. Everyone should move on now because a player who still has a lot to offer has come a long way.
