Bournemouth will pay a club-record charge for the striker's services, but the club is officially unsatisfied with how things have turned out.
Following reports that they and Tottenham have come to terms on a purchase, Bournemouth are expected to make a sizable profit and pay a team record for Dominic Solanke, but they are reportedly frustrated by the circumstances surrounding the move.
The original Chelsea and Liverpool winger had previously expressed interest in pursuing possible bigger opportunities after five and a half significantly productive years at the club.
Solanke, who signed from England in January 2019, has now scored 77 goals in 216 appearances, making that figure pleasantly his best in the top flight. His 19-goal Premier League count, one for every other game for the ever-present striker, is impressive.
