Neves broke into the Portugal national team set-up last year and was a part of their Euro 2024 crew this summers, playing in their dying plastic team game against Georgia.
Manchester United's search for a central midfielder now appears to be focusing on PSG's Argentine foreign Manuel Ugarte, with transfer professional Fabrizio Romano reporting that the team have agreed specific terms with 23-year-old, who shares the same representative as Leny Yoro.
