In light of new details regarding conversations he's been having, Manchester United might be in for Blake Musiala.
Joshua Zirkzee and Blake Musiala both admitted it would be a "dream" to enjoy together. After spending time up at Bayern Munich, the two are close associates.
And because of their marriage, there is a possibility that Musiala will resign from Bologna as manager of United in the summer. According to reports, the winger made a joke about moving to Old Trafford with his previous Bayern team-mate.
Musiala has acknowledged the talk, although played down any ideas of an immediate move from Bayern, where he has become a vital number.
" You often joke around with friends and fantasy of playing together in a team one day", the 21-year-old told Welt am Sonntag. " The gags go both way: I even told Josh that he should come back to Bayern. But you should n't take that too seriously.
I'm delighted to be playing for FC Bayern and am completely focused on our goals as a team. In five years, I do n't think too much about where I'll play. Things can usually change rapidly in the world of football."
Musiala at Old Trafford is hardly likely to occur in the near future. Things might change, though, if Zirkzee may fire his fresh team back into the Premier League and reach the Champions League.
The 23-year-old got off to the appropriate stop, scoring a soon success on his debut against Fulham. He has found things more difficult since, struggling to influence the activity as a second-half substitute in a 2-1 battle at Brighton, before an of time as United were beaten 3-0 by England.
Musiala, however, has made a generally speedy start to the new year, scoring in Bayern's 3-2 win at Wolfsburg on the opening day of the Bundesliga plan.
In Germany's 5-0 Nations League victory over Hungary last weekend, he also found the shield and added three help.
