As Manchester City prepares to strengthen their crew and face challenges on all four sides once more, they are officially set to make a move for a Premier League wonderkid this summers.

Savinho and Ilkay Gundogan are the only recent arrivals at Manchester City, and the transfer window has n't been too busy.

But, Pep Guardiola's hitting options are limited by Julian Alvarez, and his midfield may suffer as a result if Matheus Nunes joins Atletico Madrid in the final few days.

Evan Ferguson, 19, has impressed the order at Brighton and impressed Football Transfers, who claims Manchester City are interested in signing him this summers.

Ferguson, according to the report, had cost around £70 million, with Arsenal even interested in signing the Republic of Ireland worldwide. City, though, may choose a loan package ahead of agreeing on a permanent move following summers.

But while Brighton CEO Paul Barber has previously admitted that Ferguson will leave the Seagulls one day, he highlighted that it wo n't be for at least another five years. In fact, Ferguson's contract is up until 2029, and Brighton's nine-figure assessment has already been quoted by the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United.

Since making his Premier League album in February 2022, Ferguson has scored 12 days in 47 looks- including a hat-trick against Newcastle at the beginning of next word. An knee injuries sustained in March earlier this year has seen him miss the start of the new year, though, making any move this window very doubtful.

Transfermarkt values the winger at £45m.

In DataVictory's see, it seems almost unthinkable that Ferguson had left Brighton this summer- particularly at the quoted prices. His injury will play a factor in curious factors wanting him, while the price is certainly a barrier, too- a product also would n't be in Brighton's objectives.
