Luis Suarez sparked discussion after Uruguay's Copa America semi-final with Colombia
After engaging in physical altercation with Colombia's Miguel Borja, Luis Suarez sparked unpleasant moments after the Copa America semi-final on Wednesday nights.
Colombia booked their place in the Copa America last with a 1-0 get over Uruguay, with Jefferson Lerma scoring the show's even purpose. Suarez was n't entirely happy with Borja, though, while the South American nation celebrated their victory.
As the 37-year-old approached Borja, a picture shows Suarez sticking his head into the Colombian's head, in what appears like an effort at another bite. After leaving, Suarez steps back and yells "goodbye" to James Rodriguez, who had fallen to his thighs, before returning to Borja and creating unpleasant scenes.
The Inter Miami forward has recently bitten three different people during his career, resulting in long bans on each situation. While playing for Ajax in 2010, the Uruguayan little PSV player Otman Bakkal on the shoulder, resulting in a seven-game disqualification.
A few years later, while at Liverpool, Suarez finally picked up a restrictions of ten games after he bit Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic. Finally, in the 2014 World Cup, FIFA suspended him from all sports actions for four weeks, after he was shown to have struck Diego Godin.
The battle, however, was n't only reserved for the pitch: Darwin Nunez entered the sits and confronted Colombia viewers, with his team-mate Jose Maria Gimenez highlighting after the match that Uruguay people ' people were being threatened.
" Let me say something before they cut you off because they wo n't let us speak into the microphone, they do n't want me to say anything about what's going on but this is a disaster", he said.
" Please be careful, our people are in the goes, there are little newborn babies. It was a catastrophe, there was no police and we had to support our communities. Two or three people who consumed to some cocktails without knowing how to drink are responsible for this.
