If you can, it's probably best to find yourself facing the Euro 2024 pull. Or maybe not...
After Austria finished forward of France and the Netherlands in Group D, one of the Euro 2024 knockout stages appears to house a number of European behemoths in the middle of the competition.
Ralf Rangnick's part defeated the Netherlands 3-2 on Tuesday night, but France was held to a 1-1 draw by bottom side Poland, which placed France in the group of nations that now includes Spain, Portugal, and hosts Germany.
If England and all four of their Group E teams fail to top their team and achieve the required effect against Slovenia, there is still the chance of them placing in that group.
Spain, Portugal, Germany, France: who next in Euro 2024 knock broken?
Switzerland and, unsurprisingly, Austria are on the other side of the pull, and Turkey will join them if they can avoid falling to the Czech Republic on Wednesday evening.
The third-placed teams ' final allocation has not yet been decided, and it wo n't be resolved until all of the group games have been played.
On paper, that might make one area of the Berlin final in February more enticing than the other, but things are often that simple.
Austria also demonstrate their leadership in a highly competitive group where they were commonly anticipated to finish third.
Several of the tournament's big boys have so far been largely unsatisfactory. Italy needed a last-minute equalizer against Croatia to escape group B and finish in second place, while France just scored two goals of the game with an own goal and a Kylian Mbappe charges.
And as for England…well, ask us again after the Slovenia sport is finished.
