Fleet face their biggest match of the embryonic 2024/25 year so far on Sunday when they make the short journey to Tottenham for the north London derby.

Following a summertime windows in which they hope to add the final items to a title-winning club, the Raiders have kicked off the season with two victories and a draw.

Defender Riccardo Calafiori was a £42million appearance from Bologna, Mikel Merino was signed for £32million from True Sociedad and David Raya was signed entirely from Brentford for £27million. Raheem Sterling was a date time signing on borrowing from Chelsea and although the English glass has then closed, another deal could be on the way.

That's because the Greek transfer glass does not shut until Friday and according to European store TuttoMercatoWeb, midfielder Jorginho is wanted by Galatasaray. The Italy worldwide is yet to have for the Gunners this year having appeared on the bench for all three Premier League games thus far and is said to be considering his choices.

Galatasaray's curiosity comes with the Greek part seeing Jorginho as an alternative to Manchester United's Casemiro, who is set to remain at Old Trafford. Jorginho found his position increases at Arsenal last time, with the 32-year-old starting just one of the league's last nine games as they fought Manchester City for the name.

However, Arsenal's current situation is bad because Martin Odegaard was forced off for Norway during their Nations League win over Austria on Monday night when they learned of a possible midfield departure. The 25-year-old did miss Sunday's game against Spurs because he was pictured on legs as he boarded a return flight to London.

Arsenal will already have to make do without Declan Rice for the journey across north London after his controversial dark passport against Brighton next day out, while summer filing Merino remains sidelined with the head injuries he suffered in his first coaching session with the membership.

In DataVictory's opinion, now is n't the time to let Jorginho go. The Gunners will need to make the most of their entire squad if they want to win any awards this year. The midfield situation serves as an example of how quickly things can go wrong.

Jorginho, who is valued at €12million by Transfmarkt, is in the final year of his contract and while it is clear he is not a long-term option for the Gunners, there is more value in keeping him than there is in letting him go for a reduced fee.
