At Euro 2024, Luke Shaw is said to be nearing a return to workout that will suit England.
Luke Shaw, a defender for Manchester United, is alleged to have withdrawn from England's media responsibilities during Euro 2024.
Due to his ongoing treatment from a persistent baby problem, the 28-year-old has not yet played for England at the month-long competition in Germany. Shaw played only 15 days for Erik ten Hag's part across the 2023/24 time.
Kieran Trippier has continued to deputise for Shaw at full-back at Euro 2024, with the Three Lions set to face Switzerland in Saturday's quarter-final fight in Dusseldorf.
According to data provided by talkSPORT, Shaw's suspension from the media duties is more a result of his not playing a second for England at Euro 2024 thus far.
With no word yet on whether Shaw likely face Switzerland this trip, it is still largely unknown who Toney will remove the Manchester United defender.
It is believed that Southgate will have no doubts in hiring the expert defender to support England advance further at the game because Shaw has worked hard in the background to be healthy and prepared for the knockout stages.
The original Southampton man just opened up on his troubles with harm this year, admitting rushing up to try and aid Ten Hag's team towards the rear end of the campaign was a blunder on his piece.
