Ten Hag, who is now overseeing his team's pre-season endeavours in the US back of next week's Community Shield fight against Manchester City, spoke to journalists at diameter about the changes implented under the new soccer leadership team put together by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

As the clock to the 2024/25 plan nears, Ten Hag says he is looking forward to new ideas from the group. Omar Berada, Dan Ashworth, Dave, and Jason Wilcox have all been hired to help the team both attract and promote greater regarding transfers.

" They know and they're but experienced in different groups, in various sports, art and in company", he entirely told Sky Sports in a sit-down talk with Melissa Reddy. " And then they know when you are not together, you do n't achieve the success you want to. We must become unified, and we must do so because we must set the example for both our people and the team.

" Manchester United has undergone a lot of changes in terms of different approaches," they have said. And one of them is selection. It seems to be more intense, more vigilant, but also more in keeping with the status of player that you actually execute your perspective on the pitch.

So you and I must be at odds with one another, that we want to be vigilant, and that we want to attract people who can put our activity model into practice. And so yeah, from profiling we get the right players and that's a daily process. It's a continued process as well in the window, but also in between the windows. But yeah, that is an area that has to grow".
