Georgia is currently competing in its first major event of its kind since the Soviet Union's collapse in 1991. They fell short of North Macedonia in a qualifying play-off for Euro 2020, but they won the match on penalties to defeat Greece in the penalty battle.
In Leipzig, Portugal and the Czech Republic does square off in another Group F game that will take place throughout the nation.
