It's going to be a great time for Vince Carter's tradition. The former NBA player may possess his No. 15 retired by the Toronto Birds this year, with a festival on Nov. 2 as the Raptors number Sacramento, per Josh Lewenberg of TSN.
Carter began his 22-year NBA occupation in Toronto, playing with the Birds from 1998 to 2004, helping build the team in the decades after it was founded. He will be the franchise's first player to retire his shirt.

Carter's No. 15 will also be retired by the Brooklyn Nets maybe this future year, which the Nets announced in May. Carter spent five months with the then-New Jersey Nets after being traded by Toronto in 2004.
After being traded to the Orlando Magic in 2009, Carter went on to perform for six more groups before announcing his retirement in 2020, at the age of 43.
The eight-time All-Star, who earned six of those All-Star glances in Toronto, averaged 23.4 items, 5.2 rebounds and 3.9 help per activity in seven seasons with the Birds, as well as 1.3 snatches and 1.0 stones. He won the NBA Dunk Contest prize in 2000 for his famous performance, making him particularly famous for his dunk skills.
