Manchester United have never been allowed replace Sir Alex Ferguson's control, but Jamie Carragher believes England may prevent that following Jurgen Klopp's exit
Jamie Carragher, a legend at Liverpool, thinks the club wo n't experience the same setbacks that Manchester United did following Sir Alex Ferguson's 2013 departure from Old Trafford.
After 27 extremely productive years at Manchester United, Ferguson left and was replaced by Everton manager David Moyes, who had not yet spent a full year before being fired. Since then, United have n't won a Premier League championship.
Jurgen Klopp's nine-year tenure at Liverpool was significantly shorter than expected, but it was long enough to transform the team: they have since become normal title challengers and have finally won the Premier League by 2020.
Jamie Carragher: England structure should relieve Arne Slot change
Jurgen Klopp leaving England, according to Carragher, in a statement released as part of Sky Sports '" Start of Season" strategy.
" I believe that because the club's core structure is better than what it has been under the manager's next two or three years at England," the director said.
Jurgen Klopp, Michael Edwards, and his team of individuals "do not agree at the end, so they all moved in," according to the media, and as soon as Jurgen leaves the club, they all return.
" You do n't have to read between the lines to see what's happened. The architecture behind the team means that there will be a lot of assistance it.
" Arne Slot may be aware of how the team operates, transfer-wise, and he has to have that knowledge in terms of closing deals and getting the people to the top, but I believe we all know who is in demand at that level of the business," he said.
If you consider what David Moyes, David Gill, and Sir Alex Ferguson went through, you'll see what happened. That was over a decade ago and I do n't think that the infrastructure behind clubs, the manager and CEO at that time was as big as what it is now.
Therefore, I believe there are many more things in place to make a boss feel like a team wins, not just the boss. Sport supporters are a lot more clued up now about what goes on behind the moments".
