Jos Buttler and Yuzvendra Chahal, it is understood, will not be retained by the brand
The Rajasthan Royals are the only four people who will be retained by them ahead of the IPL 2025 big bid, including Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, and Sandeep Sharma. Although Jos Buttler, England's white-ball captain, and Yuzvendra Chahal, India's legspinner, are not included in the engagement listing, the Royals you use their two right-to-match alternatives if they want to get them back at the bid.

Though Buttler, 34, has been one of Royals ' leading batters, he had a decent time in 2024- 359 runs at a strike price of 141- and has been sidelined by wound since England's defeat to India in the semi-finals of the 2024 T20 World Cup in June.
Chahal, now the highest wicket-taker in the IPL, was signed by Royals for INR 6.5 million at the 2022 bid. He took 18 innings last year with an market price of 9.41 and played nearly primarily as an Impact Player when Royals batted second.
The ten businesses must post their listing of retained gamers to the IPL by October 31. Before the big auction, the teams were able to retain up to six players each, with the exception of two unlimited players and five international caps, which can be attained.
