Chennai Super Kings ( CSK)
Ruturaj Gaikwad, Ravindra Jadeja, Shivam Dube, and Sri Lanka fast bowler Matheeesha Pathirana are just two of the five people who are expected to become retained by CSK. Nicholas Pooran, Mayank Yadav and Ravi Bishnoi, along with the unlimited set of Mohsin Khan and Ayush Badoni, are set to become retained by LSG for IPL 2025. KL Rahul, who has led the company since its commencement in 2022, is unlikely to be retained. Full story around
Sunrisers Hyderabad ( SRH)
Heinrich Klaasen, a powerhouse in South Africa, will be the top retention for SRH and will receive INR 23 crore ( US$ 2.74 million ). as the first retained player. Pat Cummins, who was SRH captain in 2024, is set to be retained at INR 18 million ( US$ 2.14 million estimate. ), and India allrounder Abhishek Sharma at INR 14 million ( US$ 1.67 million approx ).
