" It was not an easy choice to make", according to Johnathan Atkeison, CEO of USA Cricket
Stuart Law will no longer serve as the men's national team's brain coach, according to USA Cricket. While the reason behind his departure has not been made public, Johnathan Atkeison, CEO of USA Cricket, said "it was not an easy choice to make".
The news came just before the USA's ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 activity against Nepal in Dallas.
Law's career, which started in April, lasted merely over seven times despite the team beating Bangladesh in a T20I line and then advancing into the Super-Eights phase of the T20 World Cup for the first time in their past.
USA beat Canada and more tremendously, Pakistan, to advance in the event they co-hosted with the West Indies.
" Given Stuart's input to the system, this was not an easy choice to make", Atkeison said in a press release. " However, we felt that a shift was needed for the next stage of competitive planning.
Venu Pisike, Chair of USA Cricket added", We thank Stuart for his efforts to USA Cricket during his career. We wish him nothing but victory in his coming activities."
USA are already placed following on the Cricket World Cup League 2 points table with six win in nine sports, and are looking to count for the 2027 ODI World Cup.
