Musheer Khan, the son of India's batman Sarfaraz Khan, was involved in a road accident on Friday near Lucknow that left him with a "fracture in the chest place." Musheer was en route to District from Azamgarh, his home, for the Irani Cup end on October 1. He is unlikely to participate in that activity or the subsequent Ranji Trophy sessions.
An MCA speech issued on Saturday confirmed the wound and said "he remains steady, conscious, and well-oriented". Musheer was "out of harm," according to a statement from the clinic where he was being treated.
According to ESPNcricinfo, Musheer and his father collided with a middle and toppled with their SUV, a Toyota Fortuner, according to witness accounts and a part of Lucknow Police's traffic directorate.
Musheer will be flown to Mumbai once he is determined medically fit for go, according to the MCA speech. Following these evaluations, the length of his healing may be determined.
His progress is closely monitored by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA ) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) medical teams to ensure he receives the best possible care.
When back in Mumbai, Musheer is expected to be taken to a BCCI-mandated clinic for a thorough examination.
Musheer was set to reflect Mumbai, the Ranji Trophy champions, in the first-class Irani Cup device that will be played at the Ekana Stadium. Mumbai will kick off its Ranji campaign against Baroda on October 11 after the Irani activity.
The wound comes as a loss for Musheer following a great start to his first-class occupation, he has three decades and a half-century in nine first-class activities. This includes a double-hundred in last season's Ranji Trophy quarter-final, a half-century in the semi-final and a match-winning era in the last against Vidarbha.
He won the Duleep Trophy earlier this month and defeated an aggressive India A strike led by Akash Deep, Avesh Khan, Khaleel Ahmed, and Kuldeep Yadav.
Sarfaraz, however, has been released from the India Test club in Kanpur to join in the Irani Cup. Sarfaraz's supply for Irani was content to him not being picked in India's XI for the continued Check against Bangladesh.
The MCA is yet to label support for Musheer in the Irani crew led by Ajinkya Rahane.
