Little more than a fortnight after becoming a Real Madrid player, Kylian Mbappe has spent a ton of money.

Before the original yo-yo team had to put an end to one of their relegations to Ligue 2, the team was once on the point of signing a fresh Mbappe, and they were officially known as Stade Malherbe Caen.
Caen have plied their trade in Ligue 2 since being relegated in 2019, and are now subject to an 80 % acquisition by Mbappe's funding company Coalition Capital. Reporting on the amount paid ranges from €15m ( £12.6m ) to just under €20m ( £16.9m ) plus the purchase of some of the club's debts.

Mbappe had a huge success even by his specifications when he joined Real Madrid, but he was already a wealthy person after enjoying a lucrative and successful profession with Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
A nine-figure signing-on fee for Mbappe's services has been reported on top of his €15m ( £12.8m ) wages after he departing PSG as a free agent earlier this summer.
Mbappe will presently invest some of that in Caen, who finished last year just outside of Paris FC's play-off spots, with the teams receiving third, fourth, and fifth places respectively. Saint-Etienne emerged triumphant over Metz in the last to receive campaign to Ligue 1.
The document for Mbappe's invasion was reportedly completed on Wednesday night. He will get out National investment company Oaktree Capital- who took over European companies Inter in May- with Pierre-Antoine Capton set to hold on to the additional 20 % of Caen.
