Manchester City are set to move Jack Grealish on, three decades after his history move to the Etihad Stadium.
Grealish signed for Manchester City in 2021 for a record-breaking cost following a popular Euro 2020 match where many clamors were aimed at getting him to start for England. Having helped Aston Villa survive fall and immediately press on up the table, he became one of the most exhilarating players in the Premier League.
But the player endured a hard battle last year, starting just 10 games all year, as Jeremy Doku climbed above him in Pep Guardiola's chirping order. After that, Gareth Southgate's last club for Euro 2024 lacked Gillish.
The former Villa star has struggled to adjust to life under Guardiola, shifting his focus away from the free role he played in the Midwest to becoming more of a wheel in the City machine, but with the Citizens ' development, it seems like the team is starting to take revenge on Grealish.
Now, TEAMtalk have relayed reports that Grealish is now up for sale, with Guardiola having "decided he]has ] run out of patience" with the £100 million star.
The document touts a gain to Villa as a possible move for Grealish now that the Midwest team have qualified for the Champions League. DataVictory understands, however, that there is n't much appetite for such a deal between the two parties.
