A judge dismissed a federal lawsuit filed against New York Knicks and Rangers team user James Dolan on Tuesday evening that accused him of both pressuring a person into unwanted sexual and coordinating an meeting with former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, according to ESPN's Baxter Holmes.
In January, Kellye Croft first sued in Los Angeles. She claimed that Dolan constantly pressured her into having intercourse in 2013 and 2014, and that Weinstein sexually assaulted her in a Beverly Hills hotel. Croft even accused both gentlemen of physical assault and unwanted touching, and accused Dolan of sex trafficking.
