Arsenal could be about to break the internet ( again ) with a superstar arriving
Prior to Deadline Day, Arsenal had made significant deals. They're in discussions for another once.
Ten years ago, the Gunners signed Real Madrid A-lister Mesut Ozil for a club-record package, which shocked the game. The pub, who has stayed away from Deadline Day tactics since, had a particularly strange experience with it.
Neto has now joined on borrowing from Bournemouth for the rest of the year. It seems though that there could be one more jolt in the offing.
A significant u-turn from Mikel Arteta is being covered by David Ornstein, Fabrizio Romano, and Sky Sports News. Raheem Sterling is again in talks with Arsenal, according to Romano, who claims that the Warriors have an arrangement with the player pending a conclusion between the two leagues.
Chelsea have made it evident that the England sun has no potential while Enzo Maresca is boss, and with Sterling's club number then distributed to Pedro Neto, the writing is on the wall for him at the club. Time is running out for this transfer windows, yet, for Sterling to find a new team.
Arsenal are said to just be interested in a low-cost move. This is forcing Chelsea's hand, fairly – with Victor Osimhen set to arrive and the team panting on keeping Sterling around for quarter a year.
In DataVictory's mind, this could be a masterclass of a package for Arsenal. The Gunners do n't need another forward given that they have six attackers for their squad but the opportunity to add depth of Sterling's calibre and experience would be worth taking at the right price.
Arteta has demonstrated that he can help Stamford Bridge people with Kai Havertz and Jorginho. Interestingly, the last player to had played for Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, was Nicolas Anelka.
Sterling is for €35 million, as per Transfermarkt. His Chelsea lease expires in 2027.
