This year, the format of Europe's next club competition has changed. FFT explains what to expect.
The draw for the new group stage of the Europa League takes place this year, when Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur may get out their competitors.
The draw will take place on Friday, August 30 at noon English day at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
The draw will be broadcast live on TNT Sports for clients as well as UEFA.com and TNT Sports ' YouTube channel.

Unlike current seasons, the Europa League right will not start with 32 clubs this period. Alternatively, it has increased to 36.
Do n't worry about the traditional groups of four because the group phase is no longer in effect. Every team participating in one large 36-team sector has been replaced by the "league step."
At the end of the 36-teams-in-one-group party stage, the entire top eight may improve directly to the last 16. The factors finishing seventh to 24th will go into a play-off large, while the clubs finishing 25th to 36th may be eliminated. The play-off round will be seeded: eighth or 10th may experience 23rd or 24th, determined by a draw, while 11th or 12th may experience 21st or 22nd, and so on.
The finalists of each play-off round connect may advance to the last 16 if the team that placed first in the group stage is matched by a team that placed 15th, 16th, 17th, or 18th. The team that placed ninth in the group phase will face a team that placed seventh, 10th, 23rd, or 24th.
Recently, there was an empty draw from the quarter-finals forward. That's gone, also. Again, it's seeded, like a golf draw, so that the teams who finished first and second in the group stage will be in contrary halves of the draw, able to enjoy each other until the last in Bilbao on May 21, and unable to experience the teams who finished third or fourth until the semis.
Which position in the group stage will determine the winner's position in the end result.
