Fans will then receive additional information about the team's news because clubs will then publish their going lineup and bench players 75 minutes before kick-off.

What other law changes are coming into play this seasn?
This is one of a handful of law changes in the Premier League this season.
Up from the previous three-player maximum of three, teams is today then have up to five competitors warming up on the pitch's boundary at any one time. Because of the new five substitutes that can now be made at any time, this is being introduced.
The multi-ball program is being sped away, with' ball assistant' then able to return a ball straight to a player, rather than position it on a unoccupied cone.
Match authorities will just add time when the lag between the target and the resulting kick-off exceeds 30 minute when delay time is changed.
Lastly, semi-automated offsides will get introduced, but not until after either the September or October global falls as they get the systems available.
