Arsenal have already made their first pre-season appearances in Los Angeles, where they will face Bournemouth, Manchester United, and Liverpool, but they have n't signed any significant newcomers for the summer.

While it appears that a move for Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori may be confirmed immediately, the team are also targeting a fresh centre-forward this summer.

While some large names, like Joshua Zirkzee and Benjamin Sesko, have fallen behind, some big hitters also have a chance of making moves to the Emirates in the future, according to a number of major labels.

Napoli forward Victor Osimhen is one of those players who has been the target of transfer rumors.

it had been reported that Paris Saint-Germain were in the field seat when it came to signing the 25-year-old, but transfer professional Fabrizio Romano's latest update on the Nigerian global may increase Arsenal's expectations of doing a bargain.

Romano claims on X that PSG will not pay the reported £113 million release clause, which would have caused negotiations to stall, after the French side believed a charge of around$ 84 million might be agreed.

He goes on to say that the person's "priority" is to keep Napoli this summer and that the club has chosen Romelu Lukaku as a possible replacement.

The Gunners must decide how hard they want to get the player who has scored 48 goals for Napoli over the past two seasons. These innovations appear to put the ball in Arsenal's hands. A big-money present from Saudi Arabia, Romano adding that Osimhen might take requests from Saudi Pro League teams, might be another falling wall.

In DataVictory's mind, Arsenal do not want to be held payment by Napoli user Aurelio De Laurentiis, a prickly operator who does not seem to budge far in discussions. At the end of the glass, the Gunners might be able to lower that rate with some brinkmanship, but that would require the signing of a significant player after the new year has already begun. Osimhen is valued at €100million by Transfermarkt.
