Just two of England's top-tier clubs have been granted a season-long license in the FM line, with Brighton and Manchester City serving as the exception for the past couple of years. Is it surprising that these two teams are among the most effectively managed in the game?
In a significant development for the company, Sports Interactive, the company that created the game, has entered a partnership with the Premier League. Before the upcoming release of the phone, which will be released this fall, we also had a first look at a fresh Sports Manager logo, speaking of the brand.
" Since Football Manager's commencement, we have always wanted to work with the Premier League, and we're delighted to announce that at last we are", Miles Jacobson, Sports Interactive Studio Director, said.
The agreement includes opportunities to contribute to the amazing things the Premier League and their venues do off the ball in addition to the enormous in-game benefits it'll provide our fans. That includes working with some of their former colleagues as well as doing community and charitable work, which are two things we are extremely passionate about.
